Hablaron de diferentes tipos de EPI (guantes desechables y reutilizables, gafas de protecci\u00f3n ocular, protecci\u00f3n auditiva, mascarillas\u2026), su uso, sugerencias y consejos para una mayor protecci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al final del webinar abrieron un turno de preguntas, muchas de las cuales se quedaron sin responder. A continuaci\u00f3n dejamos algunas relativas al uso de guantes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfExisten guantes desechables de protecci\u00f3n frente a virus con mayor protecci\u00f3n biol\u00f3gica con la EN 374?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>La norma <strong>EN 374:2016<\/strong> establece los requisitos para los guantes destinados a la protecci\u00f3n del usuario contra los <strong>productos qu\u00edmicos (EN 374-1:2016)<\/strong> y\/o <strong>microorganismos (EN ISO 374-5:2016)<\/strong>.  Por esto mismo, el guante puede tener tanto protecci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica como biol\u00f3gica. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la norma EN ISO 374-5:2016 se distingue entre aquellos que s\u00f3lo protegen frente microorganismos, bacterias y hongos; y los que adem\u00e1s protegen frente a la penetraci\u00f3n de virus. En el primer caso deben pasar en el ensayo <strong>EN 374-2:2014<\/strong> de <strong>estanqueidad (fuga de aire y agua)<\/strong> y va marcado con el pictograma de riesgo biol\u00f3gico. En el segundo caso, el mismo pictograma con la palabra <strong>VIRUS <\/strong>bajo \u00e9l. Esta diferencia viene otorgada por la realizaci\u00f3n de un ensayo espec\u00edfico de protecci\u00f3n a la penetraci\u00f3n de <strong>bacteri\u00f3fagos Phi-X174<\/strong> (microorganismo m\u00e1s peque\u00f1o del mundo) transportados en sangre (Virus) bajo el ensayo <strong>ISO 16604:2004<\/strong> (m\u00e9todo B)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfHay alguna recomendaci\u00f3n superior a los guantes de nitrilo y vinilo no reutilizable para sector l\u00e1cteo alimentario?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>En principio cualquiera de estos materiales es apto para uso alimentario siempre y cuando en la declaraci\u00f3n de conformidad del fabricante, el nivel de migraci\u00f3n seg\u00fan el simulante alimentario con el que son testados sea <strong>D1<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En situaciones en las que las manos requieran de protecci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica y ahora por COVID-19 protecci\u00f3n biol\u00f3gica, \u00bfen qu\u00e9 orden hay que ponerse ambas protecciones?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Los <strong>guantes desechables<\/strong> en general tienen una baja resistencia a los esfuerzos mec\u00e1nicos, abrasi\u00f3n, etc. Por tanto, la <strong>recomendaci\u00f3n ser\u00eda usar dos guantes<\/strong>: uno con <strong>protecci\u00f3n virus<\/strong> y encima de \u00e9ste un guante con <strong>protecci\u00f3n anti riesgos mec\u00e1nicos<\/strong>, adecuado al riesgo mec\u00e1nico del que queramos proteger al usuario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No obstante, existen fabricantes de guantes reutilizables con protecci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica que tiene bastante buen comportamiento ante la resistencia mec\u00e1nica frente a los cortes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfEs necesario frente al coronavirus que en los guantes aparezca marcado \u00abVirus\u00bb?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>S\u00ed, siempre<\/strong>. Los materiales de los guantes de protecci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica suelen ofrecer una barrera ante los virus, pero <strong>si no han sido marcados con este distintivo, no podemos estar 100% seguros de que nos protejan<\/strong>.
